We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to provide psychological assessment and diagnostic testing for ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and related developmental, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns. This clinician will play an essential role in providing diagnostic clarity through comprehensive evaluation, formal testing, and consultation with our broader clinical team.

The ideal candidate is experienced in conducting and interpreting psychological assessments, detail-oriented in documentation, and committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care in a collaborative setting.

At Lifeologie, all team members — from interns to senior clinicians — participate in weekly collaborative meetings that include case consultations, training, and shared learning. We value integration and transparency, and our psychiatrist are important contributors to both diagnostic clarity and team-based care.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct psychological evaluations for adults, adolescents, and/or children (based on your specialty)
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments appropriate to training and licensure
• Complete ADHD and autism spectrum disorder evaluations
• Write comprehensive, clinically sound psychological reports and communicate results to clients, families, and referring providers
• Assess for learning differences, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality concerns, and other psychological conditions as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with our therapy and psychiatric providers to support integrated care
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in our EHR
• Provide telehealth assessment services for increased flexibility and accessibility

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
• Licensed in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure
• Experience conducting ADHD and autism spectrum disorder evaluations
• Training and experience in psychological and psychoeducational assessment
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Professional, collaborative, and client-centered approach
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Heart of Teacher

Qualifications:

• PsyD in Clinical Psychology (Required)
• Licensed Psychologist in Virginia (Required)
• Training and experience in psychological and psychoeducational assessment (Required)
• Experience conducting ADHD and autism evaluations preferred
• Strong clinical writing skills and attention to diagnostic detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting
• Familiarity with or openness to Lifeologie's integrative, client-centered model
