What we believe, whether these beliefs align with an organized religion or a personal philosophy, is incredibly important for our identities and our life purposes.
Spiritual counseling does not tell you what to believe or how to believe it. Spiritual counseling helps you ask the hard questions. Things like: “What do I believe?”, “What is my purpose in life?” or “Why are we here?” If you find yourself weighed down with these types of questions, spiritual counseling is a good place to start.
