Anger is an emotion that produces many complex behaviors. It can result in silence, passive-aggressiveness, verbal violence, or physical violence. When a person struggles to regulate their anger, it can be incredibly damaging for themselves and everyone around them, impacting their personal and professional lives.
Anger management therapy is a process that aims to accomplish two things:
- Help you identify the root cause of your anger
- Teach you coping skills to manage your anger and emotions more effectively
In short, the Lifeologie counselors help you rewire your brain to approach anger in productive ways. If you have or someone you care about has an anger management issue, seek help before it becomes unmanageable. We have several specialists available to help you.
