Get to know Grace

Grace Krueger specializes in behavioral health, addiction, chronic illness, and other disabilities. She has worked primarily in behavioral health (specifically applied behavioral analysis), with children to young adults with disabilities and other mental health concerns, but also has experience working with adults in an intensive outpatient setting. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, yoga therapy, and talk therapy in her approach, and is a passionate student who loves learning about how complex neurological problems affect a person’s mental health.

While pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Analysis at the University of North Texas, Grace found a love of working with the special education and youth community. She has a Master’s certificate in Neuroscience from Tabor College and is completing her Master’s in Counseling at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also obtained her yoga teacher (RYT/PYT) certification from the Lifeologie International School for Psychotherapeutic Yoga (LISPY) in December 2022.

Grace learned the love and passion of helping people at a young age. She often would tutor her peers that were in special education with her. Growing up, she was an avid horseback rider and yogi. Her parents taught her the love of horseback riding and yoga at a young age; and she has ridden horses for over 25 years, and has been practicing yoga for 15 years!

Not only has Grace taught yoga to adults, she also has taught it to children as well. During her time at Lifeologie, she hopes to learn and enhance her skills in the yoga therapeutic world, as well as the animal-assisted therapy world. Often Grace can be found outside of work training her service dog in training, Corduroy. She hopes to get him certified in therapy work, so that he can bring as much joy and love to other people as he does to her.
