We help adults, couples, families, children, and teens move forward, whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to change. Our therapists offer compassionate support for anxiety, grief, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, financial pressure, and so much more.

This summer, we're excited to expand our services: our psychiatric nurse practitioners will begin offering medication management, and our psychologists will provide cognitive assessments — giving our patients even more ways to get the support they need and reach their mental health goals.

Owners Dr. Amani Mungo and Danielle Smith are passionate community advocates who are proud to call this thriving metro area home. Amani brings decades of experience in social services plus counseling in the private sector to her solution-oriented work with individuals and couples. Danielle combines her therapy background with deep expertise in the financial sector, empowering her to support the unique challenges of women in our community.
