Join the "Inner Strength" DBT Group for 7th–9th graders! A supportive space to build confidence, manage emotions, and handle life’s challenges like a pro.

Through learning DBT skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, teens will discover ways to:

  • Understand and manage strong emotions like anger, anxiety, and sadness.
  • Develop healthy coping strategies to deal with stress, pressure, and difficult situations.
  • Strengthen relationships with family, friends, and peers by improving communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Build self-acceptance and confidence, fostering a stronger sense of identity and inner peace.
  • Create lasting positive changes that help teens thrive in their everyday lives, both now and in the future.
