The 2026 Mental Health Matters Fair is happening Saturday, May 9th at Midtown Park in Raleigh, NC, and we think this is exactly the kind of afternoon our community needs.

Let's be real: talking about mental health can feel heavy. But it doesn't have to be. Picture this: sunshine (fingers crossed! and a reschedule to May 30 if we get rained out), food trucks, a DJ keeping the energy alive, local artisans, vendor games, and a whole community of people who genuinely care about wellness. That's what this Mental Health Matters Fair is all about.

This event, brought to you by Mental Health America of Eastern NC, is designed to break stigma, spark conversations, and make mental health feel a little more approachable. Whether you're on a personal wellness journey, curious about what support looks like, or just want to spend a Saturday doing something that actually matters, this is your spot.

Here's the best part for us: therapists from Lifeologie Counseling Raleigh and Lifeologie Counseling Durham will be there in person. That means you can walk up, say hello, ask your questions, and get a real feel for who we are; no intake form required.
