She takes the time to really listen, offers helpful resources, and genuinely works to understand your needs. Her approach is both realistic and compassionate, and she always provides the kind of thoughtful feedback that helps you grow and become the best version of yourself. Take sometime for yourself and treat your self!
I have nothing but positive great things to say about this practice. The customer service is on point and the office workers are very helpful and responsive. My counselor listens and provides personalized feedback to help you achieve the changes you want to see. While very professional she encourages you to be yourself and the sessions have a less rigid feel to them which allows you to be open and honest. 10/10 would recommend for any therapy goals.
