Courtney Parker is our Intake Specialist at Lifeologie Counseling Midlothian, serving as the first point of contact for many of the individuals and families seeking care with our practice. She plays a vital role in ensuring new clients feel supported from the very beginning of their therapy journey.

With a strong background in client communication, organization, and administrative coordination, Courtney manages incoming leads, verifies insurance benefits, and helps guide clients through the scheduling process to connect them with the right therapist for their first session. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every client who reaches out.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys crocheting and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is happily married and values maintaining a healthy balance between her professional responsibilities and the people and hobbies she loves most.
