KaiLei'a Duriano

KaiLei’a Duriano is the Executive Assistant at Lifeologie Counseling Midlothian, and she’s often the first to step in whenever a helping hand is needed. She supports the practice through administrative tasks, communication with community members, day-to-day operations, and credentialing. Her work helps ensure that both therapists and clients feel cared for and supported throughout their time with us.

She brings a background in Marine Sciences to the role, which shows up in her sharp attention to detail, strong research skills, and tenacious problem-solving. KaiLei’a is known on the team for getting to the bottom of things and for finding new, practical ways to help the practice and our clinicians grow.

Outside of work, KaiLei’a is a reader and a maker. She loves wood burning, clay sculpting, painting, beading, sewing, and any hands-on craft that lets her creativity soar. Now a resident of Portland, Oregon, she’s fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. You’ll most likely find her hiking in the forests with her fiancé, tidepooling along the coast, or sitting quietly by a riverbed.
