Get to know Linda

Linda Graham works with couples and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and the complexity of caring for aging parents. She has specialized training in Christian counseling, Gottman methods, and Enneagram work, as well as mindfulness and psychotherapeutic yoga. (If you’re unfamiliar with the Enneagram, read Linda’s blog about it here!)

“Therapy” and “counseling” were everyday words in Linda’s childhood household. She grew up with a dad who is a psychologist and dinner time was often an opportunity for “group therapy.” As an adult and licensed therapist, she is now well versed personally and professionally in the ups and downs of marriage and raising children!

Linda loves seeing people discover their own inner strength and awareness to make positive changes in their life. She views therapy as a collaborative experience and seeks to help her clients feel understood and hopeful.

Linda holds both a Master of Education from Texas Tech and a Master of Counseling from Southern Methodist University. She is also deeply committed to community service, supporting coaches in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and working to reform child welfare practices in other countries through Both Ends Believing.

Some of her favorite things are traveling, hanging out with her family, and looking for new adventures. Her favorite quote embodies her approach to therapy… “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
