Melaina Kupka

Melaina Kupka is our expert Medical Billing and Coding Specialist at Lifeologie Counseling Hampton Roads. She brings more than 15 years of documentation experience in primary care, neurology, psychiatry, and psychotherapy.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing from Davis & Elkins College, and is certified in medical coding through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Known for her depth of knowledge and precision, Melaina plays a key role in helping us practice client-first care by supporting accessible, efficient processes for clients and clinicians alike.

Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband of 30 years and their three children, and believes deeply that everyone deserves access to the right support during life’s most challenging moments.
