Education Specialist Michelle Allen-Lee provides educational assessments for children, teens, and families at Lifeologie Counseling Sandy Springs, where she believes that healing and growth occur when clients are empowered with knowledge, compassion, and practical tools to overcome life's challenges.
Michelle received her Bachelor’s in Early Elementary Education and Psychology from Berry College, where she developed a strong foundation in child development, learning theory, and social-emotional learning (SEL). A true lifelong learner, she earned a Master’s in Adult Learning and a Master's in Leadership from Central Michigan University, then completed her Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education.
In addition to her work at Lifeologie, Michelle serves as an Academic School Improvement Coach, partnering with teachers and school leaders to strengthen instruction, analyze student achievement data, and develop sustainable systems that promote academic success for every learner. She is passionate about cultivating collaborative learning environments and helping educators reach their fullest potential.
Beyond education, she has faithfully served as a Minister of the Gospel for the past 10 years, encouraging and inspiring others through Biblical teaching, discipleship, and servant leadership. Her ministry has strengthened her commitment to meeting people where they are, offering hope, wisdom, and compassionate guidance in every season of life.
Drawing from her background in psychology, education, leadership, and ministry, she is eager to support individuals in their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Her ultimate goal is to integrate her diverse experiences to help individuals, families, and communities thrive through education, counseling, and holistic care.
