Get to know Aria

Aria Loveless-Green loves working with individual children, adolescents, and adults who are neurodivergent, trauma survivors, processing grief, or struggling with anxiety and stress. She is especially passionate about working with autistic teens and adults in easing the psychological stress that comes with masking, or those who have survived abuse or relational trauma. She also enjoys integrating mindfulness and spirituality into therapy.

Coming from an existential approach, Aria dedicates herself to helping others learn to embrace their self-awareness and personal freedom. Her goal is to help people build resilience, nurture meaningful connections, and live authentically. Aria believes that while we do not always have a choice in what life throws at us, we have a choice in how we respond in the here and now.

Aria graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with an Honors BA in Psychology, and is pursuing her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Tarleton State University. She is currently contributing to a study looking at disability inclusivity in counseling research literature. She has a background in working with domestic violence and trafficking survivors, adults with neurodivergence and disabilities, families of children with neurodivergence and disabilities, and college students seeking to manage their stress.

In her free time, Aria often gardens, practices her amateur bird-watching skills, or takes a long walk in nature while photographing cool bugs for iNaturalist. Indoors, she is likely to be found curled up cozy with a library book, playing video games with her husband, making art of various forms, or deep-diving Wikipedia pages for fun (yes, seriously).
