Seeking a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and foster healthier relationships? Therapist Brent Strunk offers both in-person and telehealth sessions at Lifeologie Counseling Oak Cliff in Texas, where he helps individual adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges with therapy rooted in both medical and mental health experience.
Brent specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety or depression related to life transitions, challenges in interpersonal relationships (romantic or platonic), and young adults navigating uncertainty, stress, and self-discovery. His person-centered approach ensures that therapy is a collaborative, compassionate experience, tailored to your unique story.
With a professional background in the medical field—specifically in pain management—Brent brings a unique understanding of the intersection between physical and mental health, allowing him to empathize deeply with clients facing both.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Hendrix College and is currently completing his Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University.
Outside of the therapy room, Brent enjoys exploring the Texas countryside on his motorcycle, gaming with friends, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his two cats—who, he admits, keep him humble at home. His warm personality, life experience, and commitment to authentic human connection guide his work in helping clients find clarity, healing, and growth.
