Celica Omega is a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who offers therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, family conflict, and life transitions. Her clinical interests include intergenerational trauma, unresolved childhood experiences, couples counseling, personality-related concerns, and personal identity in her work at Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall.

Celica brings a curious, compassionate approach to counseling, helping clients explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that may be affecting their lives beneath the surface. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), incorporating mindfulness and dream exploration when appropriate.

For clients who value faith, Celica can also incorporate Christian counseling and spiritual perspectives at the client's request, integrating spiritual reflection with evidence-based therapy while respecting each person's beliefs and autonomy.

Before pursuing clinical counseling, Celica worked as a hospital chaplain. She became professionally interested in helping people address self-defeating patterns, unresolved trauma, debilitating life experiences, and the stressors of everyday life. Her transition into clinical mental health counseling represents a natural extension of her commitment to supporting people through both crisis and growth.

Community work has long been a passion for Celica. She is particularly interested in supporting underserved communities and helping individuals navigate the unknown toward greater freedom, peace, and wholeness. She believes that people can develop new ways of understanding experiences that may have remained unresolved or outside their conscious awareness. Through counseling, she hopes to help clients recognize lingering patterns, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, develop greater self-awareness, and build a more secure sense of personal identity.

Celica earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Georgia State University, her Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University, and is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Her diverse professional and educational background shapes her holistic perspective on emotional, relational, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

At the heart of Celica's work is an invitation to experience freedom from patterns that no longer serve you, greater love and compassion for yourself and others, and a renewed sense of possibility. She believes counseling can create space to slow down, become curious about what lies beneath the surface, and begin taking intentional steps toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentic.
