Get to know Elisabeth
Elisabeth Cotton brings both personal and professional insight to her work at Lifeologie Counseling Ada. Her experience supporting individuals and families through challenging circumstances has shaped her belief that everyone has the capacity for hope and positive change, regardless of the difficulties they face.
She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and has a special interest in women’s issues, including trauma, depression, relationships, life transitions, and eating disorders. Elisabeth takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping clients better understand their experiences, identify personal strengths, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges. For clients who enjoy creative expression, she also offers art therapy as a way to process emotions and support personal growth.
Elisabeth is currently completing her Master’s at Cornerstone University. Through both her academic training and international travel experiences, she has developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, resilience, and the many ways individuals make meaning of their lives. She is committed to providing a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing and growth.
