She has extensive experience providing attachment-focused therapy for adopted children, children in foster care, and their caregivers, working alongside families to strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, build trust, and address behavioral concerns in service of healthier family bonds.

Her approach is rooted in a deep respect for how early experiences shape emotional development and relationships. Netifinet brings more than 20 years of experience providing mental health, crisis intervention, and behavioral health services. She has worked across a range of clinical settings, including private practice, community-based mental health, managed care and substance abuse treatment, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Netifinet earned her Master's in Forensic Psychology from Miami Institute of Psychology and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Long Island University. Her background includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual and group counseling, and providing crisis intervention and case management—experience that gives her a well-rounded, compassionate view of what clients need at every step of their mental health journey.

Netifinet uses a client-first, strength-based approach to help clients recognize their strengths, build effective coping strategies, and grow in ways that feel meaningful to them. She draws on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and psychoeducation, while tailoring her approach to each client's unique needs and goals.

Beyond her clinical work, Netifinet has taken on leadership roles in staff development, program management, quality improvement, and behavioral health training. Her broad experience across mental health systems and crisis response gives her a unique, grounded perspective on helping clients build resilience and move through even the hardest challenges.
