Get to know Noelle

Noelle Hagopian is a clinical social work intern whose desire to support others is rooted in her faith, compassion, and genuine curiosity about people and their stories. Noelle offers therapy for adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity development, independence, relationships, and the anxieties that can accompany early adulthood. She also supports individuals experiencing pivotal and midlife transitions, as well as couples navigating empty nesting, retirement, changes in identity, and the unique transitions that accompany later chapters of life.

Noelle takes a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their own healing. She believes therapy is not about telling someone who they should be, but creating space for them to better understand themselves, identify what feels authentic, and move toward the life they envision.

Noelle works alongside clients to explore their goals, cultivate self-acceptance, and develop practical tools for navigating stress, relationships, and life’s challenges. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, intersectionality, and culturally responsive and attachment-focused practices. She brings expertise in holistic and integrative approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), contemplative therapy, expressive arts therapy, and somatic practices.

Noelle believes that meaningful change often happens through small, intentional steps. She enjoys helping clients explore personal values, mindful routines, healthy coping strategies, and sustainable self-care. Above all, she hopes to create a therapeutic relationship where clients can slow down, feel safe enough to be honest and vulnerable, and discover their own capacity for growth.

Outside of her professional work, Noelle values the same balance and intentionality that she encourages in others. She enjoys baking, getting lost in a good book, skating, hiking, spending quality time with family and friends, and appreciating the simple moments that bring people together.
