A Support and Discussion Group for Men

It is important to have places to come together with shared experiences for connection and mutual support. This group is targeting men seeking to build supportive connections with other men. This group will provide a space for men to explore how we can move through the world supporting each other and those around us.

Group discussion topics will include exploring our needs from supportive connections with other men, working on speaking about needs, finding constructive ways of working with denser emotions such as anger and grief, and exploring ideas around ruptures and repairs in all kinds of relationships. The weekly group discussions will revolve around various topics and leveraging the shared wisdom of the group, we'll explore explore that topic.

The goal of this group is to explore how men can show up in support for each other, trust in each other, and uncover some new ways to work with emotions and vulnerability.

Group sessions will last for 90 minutes on Tuesdays, 6:30pm to 8:00pm, starting 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26/24.
