Meet Eliza! Eliza is a counselor intern who uses a "come-along-sider" approach to counseling – offering a safe space built to empower and guide individuals towards their healthiest and strongest selves. She is passionate about working alongside adolescents, young adults, couples and families who are wanting to achieve their mental health goals and overcome stuck challenges like:
