Amesha Whitlock

Hampton Roads Nurse Practitioner Amesha R. Whitlock, MP-C, is passionate about working individually with adults, especially seniors cultivating their independence among life changes and people navigating depression and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Amesha specializes in providing medication management and also promotes a holistic view of her clients’ wellbeing, empowering them by collaborating to define clear, measurable goals and helping them develop action plans to achieve them. 

With her approachable style and unique ability to implement effective, solution-focused strategies, Amesha guides her clients toward positive change, enhancing their coping skills and promoting their overall wellbeing.

She earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, her BSN and MSN from Western Governor's University, and her Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certification from South University. 

Amesha became a nurse practitioner because she is dedicated to helping others and wanted to choose a career that makes an impact on all those with whom she connects. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family and watching and playing basketball.
