Angela Stuchlik specializes in helping adolescents and adults break free from the grip of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), hoarding behaviors, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) through evidence-based treatment at Lifeologie Counseling Hampton Roads

With specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Angela provides compassionate, effective care for those struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and hard-to-break habits.  She also works with clients at all stages and ages (children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families), helping each person achieve a healthy and meaningful life. Her approach combines specialized therapeutic techniques with genuine care, creating a safe space for transformation and growth.

Angela earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and has additional training in working with clients with OCD and BFRBs.

Outside the therapy space, Angela enjoys spending time with her horses, dog, and cats, and going to the beach.
