Brittany Steigner believes that no one is beyond hope or healing. She helps clients of all ages, from children to elderly adults, heal by using a narrative approach that focuses on reframing their past wounds from anxiety, panic attacks, grief, past trauma, depression, eating disorders, abuse, abortion, divorce, social anxiety, or family conflict. She also works with couples, families, and adults who are seeking Christian counseling.

Brittany views therapy from a holistic perspective that includes dealing with the trauma that is stored in the body, incorporating the creative arts, movement, CBT, story work, regulation through grounding, and mindfulness.

To Brittany, your story is sacred. She believes it is an honor to walk alongside of you in your journey of hope and healing. She trusts that as one shares their story in a safe and empathetic place, they are able to rebuild the neurological framework needed to heal, grow, and create a more whole self.

Brittany is an LPC-Associate with a Masters in Arts from Liberty University and an undergraduate degree in dance from Florida State University. Before working as a therapist, she spent years serving marginalized populations, using the arts to create space to tell their story and to focus on the strengths of their past.

Brittany has dedicated her career to human and social services and is a proud wife and mother to three girls, including one with an extra chromosome, giving her an inside perspective to life with special needs.
