Are you struggling to make sense of an ever-changing world? Feeling overwhelmed by life's constant challenges, or trying to make sense of your current or past relationships? You are not alone. Hampton Roads therapist Corey Kneedler, LMHP-R can help you gain insight into your inner self and develop tools you can use to start implementing practical changes in your daily routines to foster meaningful change. He sees older teens, adults of all ages, and couples who are seeking to identify and overcome stress, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and other mental health challenges affecting their ability to thrive.
Corey received his Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Walden University and has additional experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral counseling, and couples and family conflict resolution.
He loves helping people find their own answers to life's questions. His warm, friendly approach allows people to feel seen and heard in the most comfortable environment possible. He is committed to delivering exceptional counseling services grounded in the highest ethical and professional standards.
Corey views psychotherapy as a powerful tool for making sense of our lives, understanding who we are and what motivates us, and finding ways to transform our efforts into significant and positive progress. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as his primary approach, he also brings other methods such as faith-based counseling into the therapy space when appropriate. He is currently accepting new clients at Lifeologie Counseling Hampton Roads.
