Introducing Tanya Spakowski-Lane, your compassionate guide to healing and growth! With experience raising 4 adopted children and 2 grandchildren, and more than two decades of dedicated service in foster and adoptive care and working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma as well as with families navigating the complexities of raising children from challenging backgrounds, Tanya brings a wealth of expertise to every session. She sees children ages 8 and up, teens, adults, couples, and families, especially those experiencing addictive behaviors, chronic pain, depression, grief, sexual issues, trauma and PTSD

With a warm heart and an open mind, Tanya welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds. She is dedicated to fostering resilience and promoting positive change. Her holistic approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment and education. Through Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care, she equips families with the tools they need to thrive. She firmly believes that attachment and family support are the cornerstones of meaningful relationships.

Tanya earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University, where she also completed her BS in Criminal Justice. She is excellent at encouraging healthy behaviors and mindfulness through her work as an experienced Zumba and yoga instructor!
