Get to know Tristan

Tristan Frazier works with families, cisgender couples, and adult individuals struggling through conflict resolution, divorce, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, career identity, and issues related to faith-based spirituality. His top-down approach, which emphasizes talk and narrative therapies as well as cognitive restructuring, helps clients identify and address harmful and dysfunctional thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the goal of realizing personal wellness and improved relationships.

Tristan employs a variety of therapeutic models and theories. including Bowen Family Systems, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative, and Trauma-Informed Therapy models tailored to your specific needs, situation, and personality.

Tristan is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he completed a Masters of Theology before earning his Masters in Counseling. He believes counseling should address the whole person--body, mind, and soul--and thus takes a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy that recognizes and respects the complexity of each of his clients.

Tristan is currently accepting new clients in person and via telehealth. Click the “request an appointment” button above,  or call our Lifeologie Counseling Dallas client care team at (214) 357-4001 to find an available time and learn more about how his approach might be right for you.
