Get to know Tristan
Tristan Frazier helps Gen X to Gen Z navigate present and historical challenges, derailing them from accessing hope and healing in their lives and relationships. He collaborates with cisgender couples, families, and adult individuals to work through issues such as communication, conflict resolution, divorce, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, life transitions, and issues related to Christian spirituality.
Tristan’s approach combines curiosity, compassion, and courage to help clients identify and address harmful mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns beyond symptoms, making change more long-term and meaningful. He adapts a variety of therapeutic models, including Bowen Family Systems, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gottman Method, and Trauma-Informed Therapy to best address his clients’ specific needs and situations.
Tristan completed a Master of Theology before earning his Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. He believes counseling should be accessible, affordable, and holistic; addressing the whole person—mind, body, and soul. He also believes in respecting the complexities and contexts of each of his clients.
Tristan is currently accepting new clients via telehealth. Click the “request an appointment” button above, or call our Lifeologie Counseling Dallas client care team at (214) 357-4001 talk to a member of the Lifeologie Counseling Dallas Client Care Team.
