Certified Life Coach Yold Dominique Oscar specializes in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), oppositional behaviors, emotional regulation, and executive functioning challenges at Lifeologie Counseling Sandy Springs. Drawing from decades of experience across outpatient, school-based, home-based, community, nonprofit, and faith-based settings, Dominique provides individualized treatment plans, behavioral assessments, parent coaching, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and hands-on tools for emotional regulation, social development, decision-making, and conflict resolution for children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
Dominique believes meaningful change starts with understanding each person's unique strengths, challenges, and goals – and then building practical strategies that can be used long after therapy sessions to create lasting emotional well-being.
He earned his Bachelor's in Public Safety from Andrews University and completed both a Master’s in Family Therapy from the John F. Kennedy School of Psychology at National University and Master's and Doctoral studies in Psychology at Capella University.
Dominique’s warm, collaborative approach helps clients build healthier relationships, strengthen communication, develop effective coping skills, and grow their confidence in everyday life. True to Lifeologie’s collaborative, client-first care, he partners closely with families, schools, physicians, psychiatrists, and other providers to keep care coordinated and comprehensive.
Dominique is known for building trusting therapeutic relationships and creating a space where people feel respected and empowered to make real progress. Outside of his work in direct client care, Dominique has spent years mentoring youth, leading behavioral health initiatives, facilitating educational workshops, and building community partnerships that expand access to mental health resources.
His work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, family collaboration, and a strengths-based perspective that helps individuals and families uncover practical solutions while building resilience for the road ahead.
