Dr. AnnaMarie Christian is an LPC Supervisor and a relational therapist who works with women and couples navigating relationship challenges, high-conflict dynamics, and significant life transitions. She partners with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create more secure and balanced patterns of connection. With a steady and grounded presence, she helps partners move out of reactive cycles and into healthier patterns of understanding and emotional safety.

In her work with individual women, AnnaMarie provides support through separation, post-divorce adjustment, and custody transitions, as well as the emotional toll of complex relational dynamics, including narcissistic relationships with partners, family members, or friends. She understands that many high-capacity women appear strong and capable outwardly while quietly carrying exhaustion, confusion, or self-doubt beneath the surface. Her goal is to help them regain clarity, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with a confident and grounded sense of self.

AnnaMarie’s approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, blending compassionate listening with practical tools that clients can apply in everyday life. She believes insight is powerful, but sustainable change happens when clarity is paired with action. Whether working with couples facing conflict or women navigating identity shifts after relational strain, she creates a space where clients feel both supported and empowered.

AnneMarie creates a warm, calming, and honest therapy environment. She holds space for complexity without minimizing pain and helps clients respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively – especially in high-conflict or emotionally charged situations. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about perfection, but about growth, self-trust, and learning to live with intention.

Outside of the therapy room, her peace and joy come from her two children, living intentionally with gratitude and laughter, being on the hunt for the best coffee in town, loving fresh flowers, creating mood-based dance playlists for family kitchen parties, and challenging herself to beat her mile time on a run.
