Jessica Wynar is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
with a particular interest in supporting mothers and families navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Her collaborative, person-centered approach is grounded in the belief that clients are the experts in their own stories. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard and empowered to build insight and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Portland, and is currently completing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.

Jessica’s background includes in-home and school-based support for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as experience in inpatient mental health settings, including work on one of the country’s first specialized inpatient perinatal mental health units supporting new mothers and their families.  These experiences have shaped her trauma-informed and compassionate approach to care.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kiddos, attempting to be crafty and creative, and taking on mini DIY home renovation projects.
