Get to know Kiara

Kiara Reyes works with adults, couples, and individuals transitioning into young adulthood who are experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, trauma, anger management, and substance use dependency. 

Kiara believes it is important to get to know clients holistically by understanding their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, body sensations, and environmental influences. She approaches counseling from a humanistic framework where she finds significance in collaborating with clients to strive towards increased awareness of self. Her goal is to support and empower clients along their journey through life to increase confidence and self-esteem.

Kiara earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, where she previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Counseling, Human Development, and Family Studies. 

During her downtime, Kiara enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is an avid reader and has recently picked up both crocheting and playing pickleball as hobbies!
