Are you looking for a therapist who truly understands the impact of life transitions, anxiety, and relationship struggles? Kylie Navarro is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults to address negative thought patterns and behaviors associated with anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. At Lifeologie Counseling Cedar Hill, Kylie meets kids, individuals, and couples where they are, helping them navigate emotions, relate to others, and reduce negative behaviors. Kylie is also a certified Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) facilitator, where she helps couples understand each other’s feelings, communication styles, and personalities.

In her collaborative approach to therapy, Kylie integrates several evidence-based techniques to help her clients. She enjoys using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve goals, Play Therapy to understand children’s feelings and promote positive interactions, and mindfulness techniques to foster emotional regulation. She also enjoys integrating faith into sessions when requested by the client. Focusing on each individual’s personal needs, Kylie desires to help clients feel heard, seen, and empowered to grow wherever they are.

Kylie is completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Crisis Counseling with a minor in global studies, supporting her ability to integrate culturally inclusive techniques into sessions. She has spent the last few years working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy services.

Outside of the therapy room, Kylie enjoys traveling to new places both in and outside the US. She also enjoys trying new coffee shops, needlepointing, reading, Pilates, and spending time with her husband and dog. In every area of her life, she enjoys combining health and wellness, continuing to expand her understanding of the connection between mind, body, and soul.
