Scott Hinton is a dedicated mental health counseling intern at Lifeologie Counseling in Fort Worth, Texas, specializing in grief counseling, trauma therapy, and anxiety treatment for adults, adolescents, and children ages 12 and older; couples working to strengthen their relationships; and families addressing communication issues and behavioral concerns. With his unique educational background and authentic therapeutic approach, Scott creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop lasting coping strategies. He integrates existential therapy and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients navigate life's most challenging experiences. 

Scott's background in education brings a unique learning-centered perspective to his therapeutic practice. He believes that every client has valuable insights and experiences that contribute to their healing journey. His educational foundation allows him to connect authentically with diverse populations and honor each person's unique worldview.

Scott earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Woman's University and his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Environmental Development Economics from The Ohio State University. His diverse academic foundation provides him with a distinctive perspective on human behavior, as well as expertise in environmental factors that influence mental health and wellbeing.

His goal as a therapist is to provide clients with the space they need to be their authentic selves in order to improve daily functioning. His passion for learning and genuine interest in connecting with others create an atmosphere where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. He is currently accepting new clients for in-person appointments.
