Get to know Tiffany

Tiffany McLennan is passionate about strengthening and supporting families, couples, children, and individuals. By focusing on family systems, marriage, couples, and individual therapy, as well as supporting clients as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, and adjustments/transitions, she works to provide a warm and safe space while using a systemic approach to promote healing and growth. She also utilizes play therapy techniques to reach children and adolescents as she understands from child development that play is how children best communicate.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Texas Woman’s University-Denton and her Master’s in Management from Dallas Baptist University. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis on child and adolescent therapy from Abilene Christian University.

Tiffany believes in the importance of understanding people and the life experiences that have shaped them. She has empathy for those struggling with challenges in life and knows things can and will get better with help for those seeking assistance.

Growing up as a preacher's kid in Northeast Texas, Tiffany found a love for people, which has driven her desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Based on her own lived experiences, she is able to relate to clients through empathy and patience to build an authentic therapeutic relationship. Many people find Tiffany to be an active listener, easy to confide in, and non-judgmental.

She is a devoted wife and mother of three sweet boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, meditating, and listening to music.
