Aleia Campbell enjoys working with young adults, adults and teens struggling with life transitions, mental performance, stress management, anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, women's and men's issues, and career concerns. In her sessions, Aleia is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment, encouraging her clients to explore their current challenges while embarking on a journey of healing and personal growth.
Aleia recognizes that every individual is unique and, therefore, integrates a flexible approach that incorporates various evidence-based methods to meet the specific needs of each client. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Reality Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Aleia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University Fort Wayne, followed by a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization on Exercise and Sport Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She also holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University
Aleia was born and raised in Indiana but relocated to Texas alongside her husband and two cats. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places, spending time with friends and family, reading, watching sports, participating in game nights, watching movies and TV, and snuggling with her cats, Daisy and Dora.
