Amber’s passion lies in working with individuals who deal with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, and self-esteem. She believes that we all go through a season of uncertainty and enjoys working with older teens and adults who struggle with a sense of belongingness. Amber focuses on providing a safe space to navigate difficult emotions. She holds that therapy can be the key to finding one's confidence and the tools needed to weather the storms of life.

Amber has a gentle and genuine caring nature that allows her to work with clients in a way that allows them the freedom to find their peace. She believes in the importance of communication in one’s healing journey through the power of counseling. Amber is a determined, solution focused clinician who is enthusiastic yet patient as she works with clients to become their best selves. Amber believes that clients should have the ability to communicate with a mental health professional in the language or mode of communication that is accessible to them.

She is culturally competent and is trained in ASL and to work with deaf/hard of hearing teens and adults.  Amber is resolute that no one should feel as if they are alone and is eager to walk alongside clients as they work toward their personal goals.

Amber is a person-centered, non-authoritative clinician who believes it is essential to listen and encourage clients during their journey of discovery. She is dedicated to holding space for clients as they dig deep and discover their truth(s). In her work with clients Amber strives to affirm the truths they find, stretch their perspective, and inspire them to live their absolute best life.

Amber offers sessions in ASL (American Sign Language) and works with those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
