Claire Schmidt is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's complexities and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether individual clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or couples are navigating conflicts and communication breakdowns, she tailors her sessions to meet the unique needs of each person. Her focus on family and couples therapy emphasizes rebuilding trust, restoring connection, and fostering deeper understanding within relationships
 
 
Claire’s therapeutic approach is direct, collaborative, and results-focused. She works diligently to help clients break free from patterns that may be holding them back. Using CBT, Structural Family Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, Claire helps clients challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and improve communication skills within relationships.
 
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Claire completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Alabama before returning to Texas to earn her Master of Science from Texas Wesleyan University. Driven by a deep sense of empathy and compassion, she chose to pursue therapy as a career to guide others on their healing journey.
 
Claire believes in the power of transformative change and empowers her clients to take control of their lives and relationships. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions while working toward their goals.
