Emanuel Emiliano Herrera

Emanuel Emiliano Herrera, LPC Associate at Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall, provides bilingual counseling in English and Spanish for adolescents and adults. He works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, bullying, and identity-related challenges, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Emanuel has a particular interest in anger management, helping clients understand what is behind their anger, identify triggers, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations.

His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client. Emanuel primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating person-centered, solution-focused, and psychodynamic approaches when appropriate. He believes counseling should be a space where clients feel heard and understood while also gaining practical skills they can use in everyday life.

Emanuel earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Excelsior University and his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University. He offers both in-person and online counseling.

Outside of counseling, Emanuel enjoys visiting art museums, cooking, traveling, discovering new places, and spending time with family.
