Get to know Isabella

With a passion for holistic and integrative health, Isabella Rodriguez takes a whole person--mind, body, and spirit--approach that is personalized and focused on helping you do the fundamental work to achieve your goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), art therapy, and mindfulness techniques, she tailors the most appropriate methods to help unlock self-defeating patterns and unconscious beliefs to achieve happiness.

Isabella works primarily with clients 13 years of age and older and has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. She is a staunch advocate for mental health care and accessibility in minority communities, and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

As a Latina, Isabella understands the importance and role culture plays in our lives and its influence on our behaviors and how we develop, incorporate, or shift our views and values as we go through life’s experiences in the greater context of interacting with others and the world. Whether it's healing from past or recent trauma, overcoming adversity, thriving after a major life transition, or simply taking steps to become a better you, Isabella educates and empowers you in ways that are non-judgmental, culturally aware, and affirming to allow you the space to grow and develop the skills and confidence for positive change.

Isabella holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.  She is currently a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona.

When she is away from work, Isabella enjoys aerial yoga, traveling, and visiting all the new local hotspots. She also has a new fur baby and can’t wait to take them traveling with her on her adventures.
