Jade Hines is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who cares deeply about helping individuals face life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem difficulties, career transitions, sports performance issues, life adjustments, and more. Jade has supported people from age 5 through over 50, tailoring her approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

She uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy. Jade remains committed to expanding her knowledge of therapeutic practices to continue strengthening the care she provides.

Known for her gentle and peaceful demeanor, Jade offers a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Her natural ability to build connections has been present since childhood, and her passion for mental health was sparked by a close family member who also worked in the field.

Her own mental health experiences have strongly shaped her work as a therapist. During college, Jade struggled with anxiety, low self-esteem, overstimulation, and comparison, which taught her that mental illness does not discriminate. Sports were once her outlet, helping her feel grounded, but in her later college years she came to truly recognize the significance of mental health care.

Through both her lived experiences and clinical training, Jade provides a balance of empathy and expertise to those seeking growth, healing, and support.
