Get to know Wilson

Wilson Rogers is a Master’s level intern at Lifeologie Counseling Allen who offers therapy for adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and identity development. Life is hard enough as it is, and even more so when dealing with inner turmoil and confusing social situations. Wilson will help you build a strong, foundational relationship built on making sure you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to bring everything to the table.

Wilson combines a narrative approach with a person-centered model, allowing you to tell your story in full. He also understands that the therapeutic process is a holistic one in which the body and mind work together for one’s overall well-being.

As a young adult himself, Wilson understands that learning to navigate the world at any age is a challenging task, and can often seem daunting. He believes that building and learning to navigate relationships is a key step to understanding one’s self. Wilson is committed to walking alongside you to help learn how to build these relationships that will carry you through your healing.

In his spare time, Wilson enjoys discovering new music, movies, and TV shows where he can appreciate the world through artistic expression.
