Midlothian therapist Ashley Evans, LPC, works with individuals across the lifespan—including children, tweens, teens, adults, and parents. She believes that counseling can be an effective tool for growth and success, as she strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Ashley welcomes authenticity and even laughter in sessions, aiming to build genuine connections by learning about each client’s interests and experiences.
With more than a decade of experience helping children and families, Ashley has supported clients navigating challenges related to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and school-related concerns. She has worked in diverse settings including Head Start, Family and Community Engagement, inpatient and outpatient counseling, and Special Education.
In her work, Ashley focuses on helping clients identify practical solutions, develop healthy thought patterns, and build on their strengths to navigate life’s challenges.
She earned her BS in Dietetics and Institutional Administration from Texas Woman’s University and her MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
Outside of her professional role, Ashley is a Texas native who is a mother and wife. She enjoys bowling, dancing, listening to music, traveling and watching TV.
