DBT Skills Building Group

Are you struggling with emotional distress? Do you find yourself repeating the same conflicts in your interpersonal relationships? Learn how to improve your communication and emotional regulation skills with our Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group, a weekly 90-minute session starting September 18, 2024. 

Led by Lifeologie Counseling Grand Rapids therapists Dana Pendergrass, LMSW, and Master's Level Intern Marie Louise Griffioen, our skills group focuses on helping adults learn and practice healthier coping skills together in a guided, professional, safe space.

Participation is limited to 10 participants, who will meet in person one Wednesday afternoon per week for 24 weeks. Group participation and homework is mandatory, but your expert leaders will incorporate plenty of fun and creative activities to help you meet your goals! The result? Healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and a life that feels worth living!

Cost: $50.00/session. We accept BCBS, BCN, Aetna, United, and Priority Health insurance.
