Eduardo (Jed)  believes that it is important to focus on the present moment with a holistic, present-centered, and existential point of view. With an empathetic approach and a goal to build a safe and warm space, Jed aims to help individuals by fostering growth within their own self-awareness, self-direction, and personal freedom. He believes the best way to help is by creating an environment where his clients feel strengthened, confident, and free to grow within themselves.

Jed is a proud Dallas native who earned his bachelor’s in psychology, with a minor in neuroscience, from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a current Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s student at Tarleton State University.

Jed enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, going to the gym, and exploring the outdoors! A big fan of live music and water (in any form), you can usually find him on a snowboard, an inner tube, or next to a warm fire with a cup of coffee and a cozy snack.
