Kate's counseling approach thoughtfully blends person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Her integrated approach fosters a collaborative therapy environment by meeting clients where they are with their individual needs. She believes in emotional openness and vulnerability within the therapeutic space while also emphasizing the necessity of maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes for her clients.
