Lily Annino is a therapist intern specializing in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), life transitions, school-related stress, and relationship struggles at Lifeologie Counseling Dallas. Drawing from her strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lily helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop skills for lasting change.
Lily’s passion lies in supporting clients through life’s challenges with warmth, empathy, and a collaborative approach. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. In her work, Lily blends structure and flexibility, providing tools grounded in evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to the unique needs and strengths of the individual.
Originally from Newport Beach, California, Lily earned her Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Counseling at Southern Methodist University (SMU). She is an active member of the American Counseling Association, Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society, and the Association for Play Therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, Lily enjoys reading, watching scary movies, journaling, spending time with her family and partner, and trying out new restaurants and activities in Dallas.
