Linda Beacham offers comprehensive services that address the unique needs of children, adolescents, and young adults. From depression and anxiety to family conflicts and low self-esteem, Linda understands that these challenges can often feel overwhelming. She also works with parents and families to find therapeutic solutions to the diverse problems they face. She helps guide people struggling with these challenges to discover and develop the tools that can ultimately lead to positive change in their lives.

Linda firmly believes in the transformative potential of therapy. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps clients identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behavior. This solution-oriented therapy approach uncovers the emotional foundation and thoughts that influence our actions, fostering a greater understanding of ourselves. Linda's confidence and passion for helping others becomes evident when she uses this strategy to help clients build trust, identify patterns, and explore their emotional responses while developing new and healthier coping strategies.

Linda earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University. Combining her education and client-centered approach, Linda is excited to be part of your mental health journey!

When not working with clients, Linda likes to travel, enjoy her family's company, or watch home décor videos in her spare time. She is passionate about life and turns that passion toward helping others who feel stuck. Connect with Linda today!
