Get to know Linda

Linda Beacham specializes in working with  children, adolescents, and young adults, especially those struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and family conflicts. She also works with parents and families to find therapeutic solutions to the diverse problems they face. Linda is a solution-oriented therapist who teaches her clients tools that can ultimately lead to positive change in their lives.

Linda helps clients identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behavior using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a traditional form of talk therapy. She strategically helps clients build trust, identify patterns, and explore their emotional responses while developing new and healthier coping strategies.

Linda earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University.

She is passionate about the transformative possibilities of therapy, and focuses that passion toward helping people who feel stuck. When not working with clients, Linda likes to travel, enjoy her family's company, and watch home décor videos.
