Tammera McClenton provides a supportive, judgment-free space where adolescents and adults can gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
Tammera specializes in anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. As a Certified Clinical Complex Trauma Professional (Levels 1 and 2), she has advanced training in helping individuals heal from difficult experiences and break free from patterns that no longer serve them.
Her approach combines evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. For clients who desire it, she can also incorporate faith and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process. Searned her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling and her Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Care/Youth Ministry from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
