Get to know Logan

Having navigated her own share of transitions, pivots, and the quiet anxiety that comes with not quite knowing what comes next, Logan Davis brings something to the room that can't be taught: a profound understanding of the anxiety and stress that can accompany significant life changes and how it feels like to be mid-story, uncertain, and searching for solid footing. That lived experience shapes everything about the way she works.

At Lifeologie Counseling Dallas, Logan works with young adults and working professionals, women experiencing relational distress, adolescents with ADHD and behavioral challenges, and couples in the early stages of building something lasting. She also brings a thoughtful, culturally responsive lens to clients from multicultural backgrounds navigating the particular pressures that can come with holding multiple identities at once.

Logan has a gift for helping people move from surviving a chapter to actually authoring it. With young adults and professionals who've lost the thread of themselves, whether from burnout, comparison, or too many roles to play, she helps reconnect them to their authentic strengths and shape a story that actually fits who they are. With early-stage couples, she focuses on the foundations that hold: real communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution skills that bring people closer rather than further apart.

Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, woven through a deeply person-centered philosophy rooted in the belief that every person holds the innate capacity to live a fuller, more aligned life. She also incorporates expressive arts therapies, including psychotherapeutic yoga and dance, honoring the reality that healing doesn't always happen through words alone. Sometimes it moves through the body first.

Logan's background with young neurodivergent populations gives her a natural ability to connect with teens and families seeking greater cohesion, behavioral support, and often most importantly, the sense of being genuinely understood.

She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Baylor University.

Outside of session, you'll find Logan in her yoga practice, journaling, singing, or losing herself in meditative coloring, all things she openly encourages her clients to explore as well.
